We just added two new furnaces in order to expand our heat treating capabilities.  We did this cut down on the turnaround time for our customers.  We our continually striving to better serve our customers.

This is a Plug & Quench process that is not done at most locations. We heat up the outer part and Deep Freeze the inner Plug. Then we open the Furnace and pull out the outer part and insert the Cryogenically Frozen Plug into the center and return the parts to the Furnace to be quenched.
