At Diamond Heat Treat we offer a wide range of services to suit all of your heat-treating needs. Our services include atmosphere processes such as carburizing, neutral hardening, and nitrocarburizing. In addition, we also offer vacuum processes like homogenizing, bright hardening of stainless steel, tool steel processing, and vacuum brazing. We can also sandblast parts up to 48 inches. We are a leader in gas nitriding all case depths and all materials up to fifty-four inches vertically. Our nitriding department currently utilizes 6 units to expedite the production of your parts. Our equipment size, capacity, and capability allow us to provide extended service throughout the United States.
